Litigation is where a dispute between two or more parties has proceeded to Court.

Bayani Harvey Lawyers are firm believers in exhausting all alternative dispute resolution strategies before commencing Court proceedings in order to be efficient and effective. Many matters, even if they are currently in Court, are dealt with by way of a mediated outcome, for example matrimonial property disputes usually settle at a conciliation conference.
