Bayani Harvey Lawyers understand that discussing a Will document can be quite distressing.

We sit down with you and talk about how you would like your assets divided when you pass away. Once a draft Will has been prepared, we discuss and explain each clause to ensure that all provisions requested by you are clearly indicated and ensure that you understand your Will and the implications it brings.

Unfortunately, even if a Will is properly drafted, current legislation allows a person who qualifies, to challenge the Will and seek a share, or bigger share, of the deceased estate. Apart from ensuring as much as possible that a Will is not able to be challenged in this way, Bayani Harvey Lawyers can also assist in either negotiating/mediating such a challenge, or with litigation support if necessary.

Bayani Harvey Lawyers can also act on behalf of an Executor or Trustee of a Will and obtain a Grant of Probate on their behalf. This can be a very emotional time, and we endeavour to take the stress and burden away from the Executor or Trustee, and conduct the matter as smoothly as possible.
